Refund Policy

We want you to love your reflection decks. Because everything we sell is a digital product delivered instantly, please read this policy carefully before you buy.
All sales are final. Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this.
Why we have this policy
Our decks are delivered as files you download and keep forever. Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be "returned," so we are unable to offer refunds. This is standard for digital goods and is part of our Terms of Service.
The one exception — technical issues
If something goes wrong on our end, we will absolutely make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if:
- Your download link doesn't work or you never received your file;
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open;
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
In these cases we'll resend your file, fix the problem, or — if we genuinely can't deliver the product you paid for — issue a refund for that order. To help us resolve it quickly, include your order number and a short description of the issue.
What isn't covered
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Buying the wrong deck by mistake (though we're happy to help you choose the right one — just ask before you buy).
- Expecting a personalized reading, a physical product, or astrology calculations — our decks are self-answered reflection prompts, described fully on each product page.
Before you buy
Each product page explains exactly what you're getting — the number of reflections, the format, and how the deck works. If you have any question at all, email us before purchasing and we'll happily answer it.
